We have an exciting opportunity to join the Academic Content Operations/Journals Production team. As a Content Manager you will manage a list of established journals, from receipt of an accepted manuscript to final publication, online and in print. Your journal list will cover a wide range of subject areas; specific subject knowledge is not a requirement for this role. You will liaise on a daily basis with both external contacts (Academic editors and authors) and internal colleagues (Editorial, Content Services, Marketing, etc.) to achieve the best results for Cambridge and the Academic community.
This role is ideal for a person who can be both innovative and organized; we have a high volume of content to manage alongside our workflow improvement initiatives as we continue to adapt our workflows for Open Research. Enthusiasm to trial new workflows, being adaptable to new ways of working, excellent communication skills, and an ability to juggle changing priorities are all key skills for this role. You will be provided with ongoing training to support our products and your own career goals.
